Member login instructions
Welcome to the parish directory. We have an online parish directory, where people can view or amend their own details. You wouldn’t routinely need to login to the member area. The reasons why you need to log in are
- One time initially, to make sure we have got your details correct and for you to amend any details including email & phone number. Also add details of any other parish member from the same household if it is not upto date.
- As per GDPR rules, church needs permission to store your details and even to send you communication. This is achieved by you checking relevant tick boxes during initial login.
- When someone’s family situation changes which is relevant to parish directory, (eg. new addition to the family by birth or marriage) they can log back in and add details. This can also be used to update change of address, phone number or email id.
- For someone who is not on parish register, they could simply go online and register. On regular intervals official register would be updated
